Technical Support Services Guidelines

  • Technical support has been moved from a knowledge base to in-app support portal.
  • Phone support has been discontinued. Customers may submit support requests through the in-app support portal or through email.
  • Wellzesta now recognizes three types of support requests: "Service Unusable," "Standard Request," or "Feature Request."

Service Agreement

Changes made 1/1/2023

  • Section 3.5 (Restrictions on use) was clarified to distinguish between Customer Data that is controlled for export under Export Control Laws and Customer Data the is controlled under HIPAA.
  • Redundancies or discrepencies between the "Service Agreement" and the "Master Service Agreement" (MSA) have been eliminated. Sections 10 (TERM), 11 (TERMINATION), 12 (INDEMNIFICATION), 13 (LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY), 14.10 (GOVERNING LAW) now reference the MSA.
  • Section 11.1. (Effects of Termination) was updated to reflect continuing oblitations under the BAA after termination.
